For round 4 of 
each participant got a famous queen. My model, Iliana got Catherine the Great of Russia. I know the crown is not really that accurate, but I'm still rather pleased how I got it done, because when I first saw the ip I was really scared of trying to make the crown. Also, don't look at the pattern on the skirt part too closely, because I was too lazy to try and do eagles, and simply splashed it with snowflakes...
