1. I've been a member of dA about three years.
2. My username is a name I came up with when planing one of my earliest RPG characters. I never got to use her in an actual game, but I kind of liked the name and started using it as my nickname. It kind of stayed...
3. Reader, Writer, Gamer
4. Right
5. A picture of one of my other favourite RPG characters, Drinall Duranei. She I even got to play with for a while.
6. I prefer writing fanfiction, but I'm pretty handy with HeroMachine, too.
7. Draw by hand, obviously. I have so many ideas, but no skill what so ever...
8. Something Mass Effect themed, I believe, but can't remember the individual image. Something by LordlessAlicia, correction ImperatorAlicia, I think.
9. Pictures and stories related to Mass Effect take the major junk out of my faves. There is so much awesome ME stuff around here...
10. Can't pick one. Won't even try.
11. I'm not into meeting people IRL, but I actually meet HarmaajaMusta every now and then since we have been real-life friends since long before either of us joined dA. And I always like to see her.
12. I've gotten a lot of good feedback and encouragement from several wonderful people here. So they have helped me a lot with my writing.
13. Word for stories and HeroMachine for images.
14. I have no particular place, unless it is my own home, right here, in front of my computer.
15. Hard to pick one. Every time I get nice comments for my story, but especially when wonderful Aku-Soku-San gifted me with pictures based on my story. That was really heartwarming.
A whole new look
Just so that anyone following my story Workings of Fate knows, the journal parts are getting a "face-lift", as you can see:
Tell me what you think!
Oh, and the next part is coming soon. I swear!
A little guidance needed from my readers
I started to work on the cover for . You can see the half-done version of it here: . As you might see, something rather essential is missing. The actual picture for the front cover!
I was thinking of something with Shepard and Garrus front in the middle, then the Normandy and maybe a Reaper in the background... But all suggestions and tips are welcome. Part of my dilemma of course comes from my "official fan fiction play-through" still being in its early stage. I just got back from Palaven and returned to the Citadel... So I don't have as many screenshots to work with.
EDIT: A start for a front cover picture. I still need a good pic of Garr
Moving on to something new
Hey there, my lovelies. Uhm... Sorry that I haven't been doing much of catch up with the doll things in the last couple of weeks. You see... Out of the blue I was bitten by a thing called writing inspiration, combined with me missing our favourite interspecies awkwardness couple: femShep and Garrus!
So, the big announcement! The ME3 fan fic I've promised to write, is actually starting to happen. The first chapter is ready minus couple of final little touches. And then there is a problem... What to call it?
The current working title for the thing is Against All Odds, as a reference to a song by Phil Collins. I'm not entirely sure if I'm happ
Five years ago...
...on March 7, 2012 began something called Lonely Heart. Now, five years later it has a full hundred chapters and some loyal readers.
I want to give you all a big shout out :squee: and thank you all for staying with me and my story for all this time. You have been a source of inspiration for me. Thank you for all the comments, faves and advice.
Right now I really don't know what to think or how to feel about it all. It needs some getting used to to let go of something that has been with me for so long. I know people work with writing projects even longer than that, but still it feels like a long time. I started writing it while I was living
